APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

*Will apply to next year’s deposit if you attend four designated work parties during this calendar year

Total Amount Payable Example: First year membership $60.00 Single Membership + $125.00 work party deposit = $185.00

Note: We reserve the right to deny membership to any applicant until this application is reviewed by the executive board and the applicant attends the first regularly scheduled meeting. Applicant will receive membership card and range badge as soon as application has been processed. Regular meetings are the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm at either Bear Creek Archery (winter months) or the range (summer months).

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The undersigned is aware of, understands and assumes that the risk of use of the Outdoor Range may include dangerous activities and conditions in and about the premises for myself, my family members and my invited guests and includes the risk of serious injury, death and / or property damage. I acknowledge that any injuries that are sustained by me, my family members and my invited guests while using the Outdoor Range are at no fault or liability of the American Bowmen Archery Club, Inc. I waive any and all specific notice of the risks of such activities or the existence of such dangerous conditions. I understand that this is an archery shooting range and is situated in a mountainous terrain with trees, rocks and other obstacles. I declare that participation in using the Outdoor Range is entirely voluntary. I hereby agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless and reimburse the American Bowmen Archery Club, Inc. for all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from any claim by me, my family members or my guests. I acknowledge that I have read, agree, and will abide by all rules and procedures. Rules and procedures include but are not limited to Member Rules, Range Rules, Entering/Exiting Range Procedures, and Property Rules. Member’s name, image, likeness, voice or other unequivocal aspects of one’s identity can be used by American Bowmen Archery Club, Inc. and/or other individuals/entities on property or offsite function. This release of liability and assumption of risk shall become effective on the date set forth below and shall survive the undersigned’s membership in American Bowmen Archery Club, Inc. This shall be binding upon my successors, representatives, heirs, executors and assigns.
